Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OpenClaw Cloud ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OpenClaw Cloud provides managed cloud hosting for OpenClaw AI agent instances. Each customer receives a dedicated virtual server with a graphical desktop environment, pre-configured with OpenClaw and connected to the AI provider of their choice.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Billing and Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; your instance will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will be terminated.

5. API Keys and Data

Your AI provider API keys are stored exclusively on your dedicated server instance. We do not retain, log, or have access to your API keys after initial configuration. You are responsible for the security of your API keys and any charges incurred through their use.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware, to conduct denial-of-service attacks, or to mine cryptocurrency. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers (AWS, Stripe, AI providers).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenClaw Cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
