We collect the minimum information necessary to provide our service:
- Email address (for account creation and communication)
- Payment information (processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card details)
- Instance configuration preferences (plan, AI provider, model selection)
- Usage data (instance status, login timestamps)
2. API Keys and Sensitive Data
Your AI provider API keys are transmitted securely during instance setup and stored only on your dedicated server. They are never stored in our databases, logs, or any shared infrastructure. When you delete your instance, all data including API keys is permanently destroyed.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provision and manage your cloud instances
- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To communicate service updates and support
- To monitor service health and prevent abuse
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Stripe (payment processing)
- Clerk (authentication)
- AWS (infrastructure hosting)
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. When you cancel your subscription, your instance and associated data are terminated within 24 hours. Account records may be retained for up to 90 days for billing reconciliation.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), isolated compute instances per customer, and secure authentication through Clerk. Each customer's server is a dedicated EC2 instance — your data is never shared with other customers.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication (via Clerk). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
8. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may also export your instance data via your desktop environment before cancellation.
